L'Hotel City si trova nel centro di San Giovanni Lupatoto. E' un hotel prevalentemente business, non ristrutturato.

Ha tre tipologie di camere differenti: Economy, Superior e Deluxe.

Compreso nel pernottamento offrono una prima colazione internazionale. 

Il minibar che si trova all'interno della camera è sempre rifornito con succhi di frutta, thè ed acqua. 

Lo staff offre la possibilità di prenotare una camera ad una tariffa unica per gli ospiti che si spostano velocemente da un luogo ad un altro, per chi deve rientrare in giornata ma ha bisogno di riposarsi un po' di ore, per chi è in attesa di un treno o di un aereo.

A disposizione dei clienti c'è un ottimo servizio di shuttle bus con un minibus di 9 posti per raggiungere il centro di Verona, la Fiera, l'aereoporto e la stazione.

Ottimo hotel per chi deve spostarsi per motivi lavorativi, ma non dispone di centri conferenze.
